The company seems to be all over it so hopefully this gets repaired but we will see.

Hello - I would like to shop around for title companies that can provide closing for property deal.

If you're looking to transfer companies, then I would start with NARPM.

But I spent a lot of time in civil court defending the purchases, usually against a multi billion dollar company called Fidelity. 

There you will learn about strategies, connect with lenders, contractors, other investors of all stages, realtors, private capital companies and so much more!

I believe I have found a company that will best meet my needs as an out of state investor.

The title company that did the closing, had a bunch of recordings that day and unwittingly had the county record the HELOC first, and seconds later time/date stamped the senior.
