My goal is to supplement my income sufficiently that I no longer have to work OT shifts and can enjoy a comfortable life style with my wife while living in Southern California.My interests in real estate are rental properties for both long term holding and short term rentals, multi-families, and flips.

Curious if anyone has any lender recommendations comfortable in this vertical - happy to jump on a call with anyone to chat further. 

Its probably not alimony but child support. 

You need to be comfortable not spending much money on the properties and being very strict and evicting quickly.

When I called the gas company they said the bill was actually in another persons name (my tenants child) Question is.

I dont mind any strategy, I just need to research a bunch first so I feel comfortable and educated when engaging.Thanks again all!

This is outside my comfort zone because it will require me to send stupid low offers every 7 days if I don't have a better one.  

If you already have systems in place to manage multifamily units and that is what your comfortable with stick to that.
