Most of the time they are reasonable people that find themselves in a circumstance where they have to move the property quickly or it is having a negative impact on their lives.

Let’s remove 40 hours for work, which is what most people work, which includes 5 periods of eating.Yours may be a little higher or lower.Adjust as needed.That leaves 72 hours.Let’s add a 30 minute commute on either side (again, more or less.Adjust as needed).That’s another 5 hours removed.That takes us to 67 hours remaining.Now, we certainly need to account for body maintenance, remaining meals, maybe some chores, etc.Random stuff that we all need to do to maintain ourself.I’ll go super, super high on this and say you spend 4 hours per day on this stuff.That’s 28 hours.

If you're saving your money and investing it already, the capital will be there later to invest in RE once you've got the time to focus on it.I say this because I have a 9-5 job I love and have no desire to quit ... and I'm becoming aware that real estate can adversely impact that.  

This goes against every founding principal this country has.We need to be profound and stand up and let our legislative bodies of government know that we will not stand for this kind of proposition whatsoever!

I  can say it will impact any plans you have regarding windows.

In many locations you are no longer permitted to install garburators/garbage disposals due to the adverse impact they have on sewage treatment infrastructure.  

so we only worry about the LLC tax impact in April.  

It does add a bit more to the price tag, but only having to heat and cool your upstairs overnight does make enough of an energy impact I think it's worth it.
