I've been to Pittsburgh a few time, to attend Steelers games, and I've noticed homes vary greatly even within the same block.

We are working with a couple of licensed and local real estate agents, so we'll run this by they as well.Thank you also for the other info this site provides and we will be looking to attend a couple of Real Estate Investing Club meetings.Bryon

There are a few experienced folks who attend, to include: @Scott Schuetz who is a Realtor, working the beach-side area and has been doing rehabs. 

There are some many good REI groups to attend.

I really appreciate all of the information shared, and we will be looking into some meetups and REIAS that we can attend as well.

I attended a weekend long conference by Than Merrill, but I do not have the money to throw thousands of dollars into educating myself on it (at least not yet).

Either attend a local meet up that is in your area (Meetup.com) lists many of them.
