If they work with us, we’ll work with them.Another thing we’re doing is providing a list of rental assistance and unemployment programs.

I don't want to be harsh, as long as they are making a $900 car payment I am not inclined to assist with rent out of my pocket. 

Most of my low income tenants are hard workers that don't want a handout -- many are proud of the fact that they can and are making it in market rate housing without government assistance!
