@Rachel Trimble  it is expensive to move kitchens around but a living room is just a tv wall mount.

The one thing you can never tell, though (even after you've screened well), is whether your tenant shows you their best side and then after awhile, begins to lie their way through the rest of the lease.

I never inform any applicant what my screening requirements are and never tell any applicant the reason they are not accepted.

Just remembered it was discussed at the local REIA small gathering.If I remember correctly, you can't pre-screen the tenants (they're being provided "as-is" so to speak). if I remember something else, I'll let you know
