Rent needs to be paid by the first Friday or the 5th. 

I was off work last Friday and called every wholesaler I found a bandit sing for in my city.

I haven't signed anything and nothing has been filed with the court because this all happened after hours on Friday and court is closed until Tuesday since Monday is a holiday.

I am actually heading to the Delco sheriff sale on Friday to check it out.I am familiar with those areas.

I am going to look at houses Friday with my real estate agent.  

Look past Friday.

I am in no way discouraging from the posting of bandit signs but this was my experience.I started to post bandit signs in LAIt takes a lot of time to post them up( if you do it)It would have been a lot better to pay someone to do it, but the cost would have added up.We put them (150+) up on a friday and by Monday they were mostly gone.Not sure if the city brought them down or who brought them down but they no where to be seen. 

With that aside, my realtor called me on Friday night and said the sheriffs sale happened this past week and it went into foreclosure on Friday.

That seems strange, because its honestly not that short a walk to anything.The place I looked at Friday as a fix-and-flip, roughly Sixth and Santa Fe for those who know Denver, gets an 82.I stuck in one of our favorite vacation spots in Kona on the Big Island.

In the event that we don't have a good response by Friday, we're planning on doing a detailed up-close interview with those few who respond instead of the big group post....Either way, those people who record a video will get a great opportunity for free exposure.
