So as I stated in earlier posts Im looking to secure my retirement by purchasing enough rental properties to allow me to live of the cash flow once they are paid off (any positive cash flow in the meantime would be re-invested)So browsing this morning I came across a property one block over from my house for sale.  

Morning Steve,I think we need to put crowdfunding in perspective  with these rehab deals they do its just a HML really... with a crowdfunding spin that allows small investments into the deals.Its quite common for HML to get extended or rehabbers run into issues mid project.Although since this is a newer way of investing the CF companies would be advised as you state to be ahead of these issues instead of reacting to customer inquires.

He said all the right things, sounded like he knew what he was talking about and I got his quote this morning. 

I was recently contacted by the Rich dad coaching program and actually had a phone "interview" this morning with a coaching recruiter.

I watched a podcast this morning and found it enjoyable and educational.
