I am looking for tips and advice from seasoned landlords about how they found a good handyman, problems they have with bad ones in the past so I can avoid repeating those mistakes, and how I can be a valuable member of someone's team.So far I have only given out flyers at this month's REIA meeting, which was poorly attended due to COVID 19.

I suspect lenders will want to see that.this is not owner occ issues landlords are a for profit business profit or LOSS.. so they will be treated differently I suspect. but end of the day i don't think those holding mortgages want a repeat of mass defaults and will come up with creative workouts for borrowers..

By that I mean I considered which would be LEAST likely to close down/layoff in the event of a partial shut down due to some of these "shelter in place" orders we're seeing in California, and the applicants I ultimately picked both worked in industries that I felt would be least likely to be affected.
