Coronavirus Covid-19 affect on real estate market now & future

I've heard a lot of people discussing how this situation with covid 19 creates a lot of opportunity to buy great deals right now or make good long term investments.  I just wanted to see what the BP community thought as a whole.  What are the benefits to this uncertain time right now, and where are we headed?
