I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I am trying to find tax records on a duplex in my city for sale.

If you dont move out by the end of the lease , I will be forced to file for an eviction , once I file thats on the court record and no other landlord will rent to you . " I dont want to do that , but I will if I have to " .  

In may area, Baltimore City, my deed would never get recorded until the water bill was paid. 

Leverage your experience and track record and try to network (friends, family, investors, etc.) and raise money on your own. 

If you want the cheaper option, record every expense and keep all receipts.

Out of 25 units we have a pretty good track record of no evictions or bad tenants (knock on wood).We like Facebook because we can get a small glimpse of the people we are renting to through pictures, messages, FB wall, ect ect.... its all out there for the public.

Simply filing the state records isn’t enough. 

So when I see a property that could be a potential deal I look it up on public record (using my MLS) to find the owner name.

Do they require we have a track record of tenants in the investment property?

As digital records are being compiled by our government with Corelogic, Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) members, and others all the tract houses in America have information available.
