No Property Tax Record

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I am trying to find tax records on a duplex in my city for sale. Nothing come up when I search the county tax records. Any advice or reason as to why this isn't public? Thanks!

I was able to get the record from a real estate agent and it did come up under a different street address. Thanks for the help!
