In fact we just helped someone buy a 2/2 condo and he is renting out the spare bedroom/bathroom to a traveling nurse to help cover the mortgage.

Upstairs tenant's lease expired and moved out, so we furnished it and rent it out to traveling nurses for a lot more than a long-term tenant.

I am thinking to get a Triplex or a house with many rooms as possible with a mother in law unit, basically I am trying to house hack, first time buyer.

I am going to call him one last time and if I don't hear anything more concrete, was going to call his mother since he's living at home and I have her number from when he got the DUI.

The prospective tenants that inquire through there are a hot mess. 98% of them don't read the ad...they simply see the beds/baths, price per month and they click on a link so if you don't want smokers/animals/pets...you will spend 90% of your time telling them what is already in the ad.CL is certainly better.Also google websites that cater to traveling nurses, etc.Good luck
