Moving to Tampa Florida (any Suggestions )

I will be moving and buying a housing in Tampa Florida in September/October . I am thinking to get a Triplex or a house with many rooms as possible with a mother in law unit, basically I am trying to house hack, first time buyer. Any suggestions? Any areas I should be looking in ? Please help , thanks
