I'm working on it with the various officers of the departments involved but what I wanted to remark on was the helpfulness and transparency of everyone involved from the City of Atlanta. 

Is it a big city, small town, middle of nowhere?

I know the city was reviewing them, but I don't know how far they went!

In Baltimore City there are deals that range from 3 units to 20 units.

This is based on a property in the greater Los Angeles area in a city named Norwalk.

I'm looking at 100-150K properties, I would like B zones, so if anybody can help me in any aspect of the process - I'm really interested in learning about the cities I mentioned here.

My recommendation is that you go to the City council planning department and ask to speak with the supervisor.

@Braden Smith are you familiar with other areas besides the city of New  Orleans? 

If you are caught, you can be fined and the city will give the tenants an option to move in to the property at the previous rent rate.
