As a good will introduction, I am considering a partnership with him on this deal.I hold all my current SFR in my own name or jointly with my wife and protect myself with an umbrella policy.    

@Bruce Lynn you are using the archaic definition of  "short term rentals", it has changed completely with the introduction of Airbnb to the market and although the terms "vacation homes" and  "short term rentals" are used interchangeably here on BP they are no longer the same thing.

Just finished the introduction to REI, looking for help with what to do next.

What I would like to do is find interesting articles from the last month or week or even day if I got that crazy (probably not) and either give 1-3 paragraph excerpts or paraphrase and use some quotes.

I have shown them the paragraph in the lease that they signed.However they have no intention of paying.

With that said, I read over the promissory note as closely as my feeble mind would allow and this paragraph seems like it might/maybe/might address it but I'm really not sure.
