I will be getting my real estate license in July and am hoping to start work as an intern/ assistant while I travel back and fourth between TX and MO.

I chose to tackle the interior of the house first and in doing so gutted most of the interior of the house as mentioned before. 

If it is an auction you might have to be much more conservative on your construction cost estimates because you may not be able to see the interior condition.

I don't think I have interior design as a career in my future though - I don't like pillows - lol.

And our cleaners are ensuring the interiors are cared for.

Moving indoors, new drywall throughout, new interior doors (4), new subfloor and probable new floor joists as the floor is very saggy, it has a crawl space.

For my wife and I, this is a HUGE focus and the driving force to what we want to do in the next ten years.My job: my wife and I work and live internationally as teachers.

It is even possible that internal to the house there is two plumbing circuits.Questions/items: Was there any valves turned off prior to the water department capping the illegal line?
