The horse and buggy days are over 

I'm exploring the idea of offering optional paid activities to my guests like personal chef, back country skiing, mountain climbing lessons, UTV rentals, horse back riding, fly-fishing and the like. 

Maybe this whole thing about escaping a rat race is just a extension of millennial thinking. 

Well I take my hat off to you - getting back up on the horse.

Currently in the Rat Race working for the Dept of Defense, and USAF Reserves.

I've recently made the leap to starting making my dream a reality -- leaving the rat race, building wealth through careful procurement of BRRRR properties, and doing my best to providing quality units at a price my tenants and I can be happy with.Some background on me -- I work in IT Consulting and I like it, but I'm looking to stop working for others and start working for myself.

There's work here in NY, but it's too far a commute.So for small towns, I'll have to check and see if it's a one horse town.

Still in the rat race.
