Hello, I purchased a home last year and looking to buy another home soon.

(Most new projects projected for 2026/2027)I am aware that the market has seen significant gains both in home prices and rental prices over the past few years.I wanted to get some feedback on your thoughts of making such an investment where the goal is:1.

It is a new construction home built a couple years back. 

Purchase price: $140,000 Cash invested: $20,000 This was my first home that I purchased back in 2021 when interest rates were still low and competitive.

She stated that she owns a home but recently gave it to her children and grandchildren to live in with her most recent rental history claiming to be from 2017-2018.

The problem is it sucks, it barely works, it's surprisingly unintuitive for something so simple, and barely any guests actually use it.Which is kind of the same reason we're not discussing this on Google+ while wearing our Google glasses and talking about which version of Google Stadia is best to put into our homes as we communicate with our cleaners through Google Hangouts.While google obviously has a few big hits like Maps/Flights/Gmail, the majority of google releases follow the same pattern of great technology, horrible interface, no marketing, and eventual abandonment by Google. 

BP Community,Has anybody had any fortune and good visibility with selling their home/condo as a Fore Sale By Owner?

@Roseann Koefoed  we have Speco  but nest at home.

I can reply to topics other people have started but I can figure out how to start my own topic...getting frustrated I've looked all over this page for 10 minutes.
