Hello all - I am looking for some advice/suggestions on getting a jumbo refi for a property that I currently have a conventional and HELOC on an original purchase @ 90% LTV.I've recently added value to my home by renovation and estimate an appraisal that would bring it to 80% LTV.Are there any options to do a cash out refi at 80% LTV?
