Any one deployed solar on bigger apartment complexes (50 units or more)?

My father is a broker and my Brother an Agent they tell me always make that contract to secure the agreement ... in a court of law a contract is easy to prove in black n white on paper , verbal is much harder to prove .

There was a small house on the lot at one time but the renters were cooking meth so after much fighting with the courts they ended up tearing down the house.

But like all complex systems, this is another factor in the potential tipping point of a recession. 

Lots of complexes have this issue so just be aware of it. 

Fun and complex scenario, I  feel like I was taking a final exam with this question :) 

It seems like the next step would be to turn a little into a lot by starting to 10-31 exchange some of the earlier properties in my portfolio that have appreciated the most toward an apartment complex. 

Last and most proper, complete an eviction and the obtain a writ of possession executed by the constable through the justice court with jurisdiction.

My question is, if it does come to that, and the tenant is not moving out, do we stand a chance to get him evicted through court, considering we didn't fix the deficiencies?

My previous office manager really let things slide on my 30k sqft office complex.
