The problem here is it takes 6-8 weeks to close, and in the LA competitive market, that is too long to be competitive with other bids.

If not you will end up losing money and time to a loan officer that is promising you that they can help and only waste your time. 

Have you set up an email marketing list with something like Stayfi?

Go to meet-ups locally and talk to lots of people.

Does anyone know of any meet ups in this area?
