Hi Belinda,For the agricultural portions, I'd say your best bet is to advertise on craigslist, talk to the neighbors that farm in the area (they might be interested or know someone who is) and you could try an ag publication.

I am not saying I agree with it, but there is some method to the madness.I think as people grow and develop in expertise they are more apt to concentrate portions of their wealth in ventures where they feel like they have a competitive advantage.

It sounds like:1) Default would be necessary for SS.2) Deficiency judgment would be pursued on the 2nd, as it is my understanding that per SB 931 a jdugment cannot be obtained on a First TD in any circumstance other than fraud.3) SS would still be preferable to FC as it would give the borrower the opportunity to negotiate release from any future judgment for a portion of the proceeds of sale.
