Non-Owner Occupied SS
So here's the situation:
1) Non-owner occupied.
2) 1st and 2nd TD.
3) Not delinquent on payments.
My questions:
1) Is a SS possible w/o being delinquent?
2) Property is in CA- is a deficiency judgment possible on either the 1st or 2nd TD?
I can't get a definitive answer to either of those Q's but I figured the BP community could help me out. Anybody out there know the answers?
