One of the greatest things about RE investing is the power of leverage.That can be good or bad depending on how responsible you use it, but all in all, a valuable asset.

Also consider the location and the implications of having to run power to the condenser.

Knowledge is truly power to plan and to act!

Currently I am in the process of forming my power team looking for investors as well as contractors.

If you're into deer/turkey/upland hunting I'd think it's pretty good there if it's not overcrowded with military guys as you have to have a DOD card to be able to get on so definitely limits the access)  Have always wanted to look around the place.

Gave a power  of attorney to a property manager to sign in my place and had the units rented out almost immediately after rehab all from a kitchen table in Europe in my down time. 

Set up a keyword alerts for the area(s) you are looking to invest in and make an extra effort to interact with the "power players" in your region - they have tons of knowledge and can point you in the right direction for your market.
