I was literally banging on doors of these rentals and trying to enforce my assignment of rents clause.. it was at that time I came to understand the lives of the tenants who as you so correctly point out many of us investors who are on the complete other side of the socio economic scale have no clue as to how they live their lives and how tough it is for them in so many ways...

Thanks for the mention Anthony,It sure is a fine line with US immigration and one must be very careful how they go about business.Only allowed to sign a contract to buy and sign a contract to sell on some visa lolCan't even go to Home Depot to buy materials as that is classified as taking away jobs from US citizens :)Thanks and have a great weekend.
