@Brandon Yuan My preference would be to go with the non-recourse option, but again, reiterating @Conor Freeman, it really depends on your risk tolerance as well as other factors such as what you are planning to do in the future with the property as well as other properties.

If you watch the local news, shootings almost invariably occur in one of those three sections.If you have some risk tolerance and don't mind owning in the hood, I'd think about finding something in any one of the three.The South Shore is still pretty reasonable price-wise.
