My home is less then 10 years old and the community is still appealing to the incoming students, but I worry that may change.Help: I would love to hear some advice about renting in high turnover environments and some input on whether renting next to a military base is a sound investment or if I should aim for the more distant surrounding communities in my future investments.

I honestly do not want to deal with foreclosures held by big banks until i get some experience under my belt which is why im aiming for the small banks who cannot afford to hold on to those properties.
