Gave myself a few months to study some more and retest but, by then, life took me to a different direction.  

Fast forward 7 years and I am now married to a woman who works in commercial real estate and is currently studying to get her license and my interest has renewed!  

I already do a lot of self study, but in order to speed up my savings, increase my knowledge, create new opportunities, and get started in the industry altogether, I'm thinking about getting my RE license.I currently live in an apartment in downtown Orlando, FL.

@Justin Kane I studied for a year and even had case history, they did not prove I owed the debt but the judge didn't care.  

I just don't know if I should go all in just yet or study harder, research more, pay off loans, and then tap into the market, but I also don't want to pass up such a good deal.
