Hello everyone!  I'm new to Bigger Pockets community.  I live in Corpus Christi Texas. I am an avid reader/listener to the podcast and really enjoy it!  My car is my education on wheels.  I have always been interested in real estate.  I actually took classes to become a real estate agent years ago.  I didn't pass the exam by a point.  Gave myself a few months to study some more and retest but, by then, life took me to a different direction.  Love my life and family!  My oldest son (23) became a real estate agent and in having conversations with him about listings, etc has reignited my heart for it.  My husband and I have talked about investing and I've even had thoughts recently about reapplying for the license.  Bottom line, we want to invest for our future and what better way to do it than real estate.  I am excited to learn as much as I can so we can start.  Looking forward to it!

Connie
