In MN my parents ac system is over 25 years old, the filter might get changed once per year, and they’ve spent nothing on repairs. 

With that we where able to buy another fixer upper that I spent the first 3 months fully renovating.

After some light research, I see this may involve crews mounting a junction box to the house, running a conduit from this junction box down the street using a 6" deep slit trench, pulling fiber from the street to the junction box, and drilling a hole into each unit to create a jack.

I’ve spent the last 20 years mastering the Commercial Construction side of things and have come to the conclusion that the harder I work the more time that employer wants of me.

@Nick Robinson I'm not spending there money without doing research for the people on here to assume that that is what is going on just tells me that there are alot of butts in the world I'm not one of them I'm only looking for answers on here because well it's a forum that I spent money on and would like to get a few of those dollars spent wisely lol thank you for your breakdown and the extra numbers they do help
