Is south Austin something you would look at?

Easiest way to do this is to contact a local management company or real estate agent in South Carolina area where you are interested in.  

If you head south you can go to the Boston Area REIA in Medford and there are several meetings on the south shore too.

Down south you also have the South Shore REIA just over on the Cape and a meetup in Plymouth.

Why is it a big difference in how expensive properties are In the city versus down south areas , what is the major reason you can get more for your money in a property down south oppose to living in the city?
