There's almost always a need for some light rehab work if not just flooring and paint.What is the seller's situation here?

Id like to use floors 2-4 for smaller storage units (5x5, 5x10) but am limited to the size of freight elevator to move storage units to these floors for install.

Will the thinset I put down create a level surface and a good floor?

Complete remodel from roof to basement and everything in between - new kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, light fixtures, paint.

We will be making updates to the floor and bathroom ourselves while we live in the other unit.

My forte is finish carpentry, flooring, and kitchen cabinets.

If the appartment is in decent condition but just needs paint and flooring let the tenants just move out without charge and fix them up.

Tenants are slated to move in soon, but we have learned the tenants lost their jobs.

I have a few questions and wanted to also just open the floor to meet other investors and real estate professionals in this market!
