I have not been able to find that on the public MLS but I wonder if you could find that on the real estate agent MLS.If it varies from MLS to MLS I am particularly interested in MLS for dutchess county NY.

I take people into markets before they become publicized like Buffalo and KC are right now and prices get all jacked up.

Since you have money, you might consider updating it yourself, if it's nothing major and open up potential buyers to the public....retail it!

He demanded that since he was on the right side of public opinion, he gets to choose what we have for dinner for a week.

They are a wholesaler and don't sell to general public.
