Hey guys, I was just curious- on the first mobile I flipped I went downtown and filed the paperwork my self for purchase...which obviously saved some money.

Its in a smaller mobile home park that has limited parking.

We will be putting only $5k down on this package deal for a SFH, a duplex, and a very nice mobile home.

Do they allow applicants to fill out applications online with a mobile device?

Ridiculous OP but worthy of providing some input on the app. 1) Actually view user profiles / message users: currently there is no way to message a user when viewing their profile in the app. 2) Email notifications should link to app if opened on mobile. 3) When viewing search results from the forums, I am taken back to the top of the search results when closing a selected thread rather than back to the place in the list where the thread was that I just opened.

It sounds like they're looking to undertake an amendment to upgrade their equipment (expand their Premises) and extend the Term of the lease.Only recent major mergers have been Clearwire (into Sprint), or Nextel (into T-Mobile).
