Hello  @Allan Tualla,Rather than focusing on property type, I recommend prioritizing your financial objective, which I assume is achieving financial independence.

Your objective is to get the upleg under your control, with some positive cash flow.

Also, think to yourself why are so many landlords choosing to not rent to them when most landlords main objective is to fill a unit.

I am a very numbers-oriented person, and having those numbers in the back of my head will keep me on track and prevent me from the dreaded "shiny object syndrome" that we millennials frequently suffer from.

BUT, like some of my posts from earlier this year have pointed out, she falls victim to playing the ‘comparison game’ with others and also from a bit of shiny object syndrome.
