I want to launch a business.

But the question is, after I used up my HELOC, how can I get cash out from this newly purchased rental, or if not, how can I get cash out from the rental that I already paid off?

Newly built in 2022, this fully furnished community features amenities such as in-unit washer and dryers, eat-in kitchens, a 55” Smart TV, luxury vinyl flooring, a rooftop terrace with grills, off street reserved parking, and a car/bike share program.

The condition of my properties are turn key/fully rehabbed/move in ready...no major repairs are needed, only cosmetic, if one chooses so, but they are in the standard of Memphis "styles".These 3 properties are in 3 different locations: 1 in zip code 38128, which is a newly developed area, which used to be a challenge but has now been mostly fully occupied and either purchased by new home owners or rented.  

@Barry Rupisan , if the numbers work, HML could launch your first BRRRR with low % down from you. 

I’m open to software/website suggestions if Propstream or Launch Control etc have a way of doing this.

Most of them are newly renovated. 

I've actually done this a few times and it works flawlessly.I've thought about doing that but I would think a regular mail carrier who is familiar with the route would look at the mail going to this newly created address and say, "Hey, wait a minute...
