Any RE Book which professes to teach RE Investing, in my HUMBLE opinion, and does not go into things like Discounted Cashflow (DSR), Rates of Return (ROR) and Future Value.... well.... they are really just Motivational Books with possible some good tidbits here and there.Another great Math Calculations to fully understand is the Math behind the Mortgage.

Remember, the Developers only motivation is to SELL all the units, then he is out of there!
