The reason I say that is because from the wording in your post, your still fairly early on in the process and may be susceptible to falling for the "next best thing" pitch that you'll find all too common both in BP as well as out of the forums.

Last time I checked, their pricing (for the large 2-sided full-color PC) was still pretty competitive:Postcard printing .14 (for 7 DAY turnaround)Processing for mailing .07 ($175 fee divided by 2,500 pieces)Standard postage .28-------------------------------------------------------------------.49 per piece total (Does not include mailing list)So, that's comparing old-school static printing to the new-tech variable printing (apples to oranges comparison), but you get the idea.P.S.

Prior to the recent rate hikes, it was possible to purchase a property, rehab it, extract investment via high LTV refi, and have some (minimal) cash flow (infinite return) while experiencing crazy appreciation.
