my first thought...where is my cell phone

I'm looking at a ad it says "$148k = 2331 Sq Ft | 2919 under roof; Open cell spray foam insulation & framed mirrors inclusive."

As a thought experiment, if we got to vote on it, and we knew for sure we can stop corona in 1 month if we either a) printed trillions we don't have, or b) give up our cell phones for 1 month....what would the final tally be?

It's hard finding numbers online because most are unlisted, on a do not call list, change their number too frequently, or have cell phones.
