Get a mobile hotspot to do any business related work that requires internet.

ex. how to find a good match for a buying agent, doing as much legwork as possible by phone or internet and keeping travel to a minimum. 

BP is maybe the greatest free resource to help you get started in Real Estate Investment there is on the internet.

Will look to that income to help cover simple living costs (say my cell phone and internet bills).Hope this helps, I'm sure others will have different opinions but that is the beauty of BP, lots of diverse and interesting perspectives!
