BUT, during C-19, I think we're seeing far more rental owners actually turn towards virtual listing tours as a potential route (so as to keep everyone safe - prospective tenants, landlords, and possible current tenants).In terms of getting the listing created and up on multiple sites, there are definitely some tools that can help with self-managing the listing and tenant screening process without needing to shovel out a ton of money to a property manager.

With studios, you have several things vs. larger units:1) More rent in terms of $/sqft, however,2) Smaller households mean more turnover than larger units.3) I think a neighborhood has a lower capacity (they don't need as many) for studios vs. 2 beds.

Kaybreh-There are several things you can do to lower premium however you should look at what the lender is requiring in terms of coverages.
