Hello,I am setting up my LLCs this week to start my real estate investing journey and shortly thereafter plan on setting up bank accounts for those LLCs.

Open floor plans generally feel larger too. 

But, for property managers working on owner's behalf, there isn't a way to be able to modify chart of accounts both for property manager to track operational expenses and for owners to track mortgage payments, insurance payments, accumulated amortization, depreciation and improvements.

Does researching/scheduling/attending  inspections, procuring insurance, etc. count? 

And that leads me to where I am at now, currently gutting and setting up a plan to renovate the building.

The proposal includes plans for for more than 1,000 residential units at the north side of the project consisting of 122 single-family homes of various building types, 786 multifamily units and 153 carriage house apartments.

My insurance company says they exclude coverage for exotic animals and any dogs with a bite history.

@Anastasia Jordan, ADOR does like to hear about it if you are a neighbor or live nearby and plan to rehab the property.

At the end of the day, as long as you have the zoning you just need to go talk to your city planning/building department and tell them what you want to do.

I plan on getting my realtors license and flipping/ investing into properties.
