Understand there is no replacement for in person experience and knowledge, but the analytical side of me (I work in technology) can't help but try to analyze the situation.

This is the innovative "marketing" that they think entitles them to 2.5% of your money.The main area where I see RE agents generating action and profit is that they go find people who are thinking about selling and they talk them into pulling the trigger.

This is a pretty big, technologically challenging project that has many components: what databases will you be accessing; your team would need to include developers (the software kind), RE people… You should design you project such that is narrow and focused rather than broad and shallow. 

And since solar PV had become the number one and two in newly added power generation capacity in the Australian market, most commercial-scale energy storage will be “off-river” pumped hydro – using off-the-shelf technology that would add only a small increase to costs. 

People will tend to invest in Israel in the technology sector.
