Could be he's right and the scenario looks too much like you're gaming the system, but if you're waiting the requisite time, actually living in the house and actually moving to the new house (and you're not downsizing or moving from a single family to a multi family or some other scenario that makes it look like occupancy fraud) there shouldn't be a problem.StephanieDM sent.
