Is the 3500 fee an origination fee, processing fee or what.

If I remember correctly, the trustee sale fees were fixed or capped by the state. 

I've read different story about franchise fee (some said we have it, some said it was changed).

I really like Equity Trust and Quest IRA as providers of a SDIRA, but they both charge a fee based on the amount of money you have in the account - essentially penalizing you for growing it.Are there are any reputable SDIRA providers that charge per transaction, instead of by asset size?  

If the development is poorly ran the monthly condo fees rising and special assessments could get extremely expensive and you have little to no control as a minority owner in the building.Some investors try to control the board by buying up a majority of the units.If you use a broker or agent make sure they specialize in condo's if that is the way you want to go.

Good day to whom this post may concern, im in the process of putting a property under contract to wholesale or collect an assignment fee once I assign my interest to my end buyer.

My problem is that he says the security deposit is $1,420 which includes first 2 month's rent & holding fees which will be refunded if I don't like the place, which is fine.

Assuming he plans to flip the property after a 6 month rehab I anticipate he will make approx $50,000 - 75,000+ after selling/closing fees.  

We came to an agreement at $400k no fees, no repairs and the house was sold in 14 days.

Now they’re booking platforms, which is costing us a lot in payment processing fees.
