If you price point is higher than 130K, city is not limited to rough neighborhoods.There are areas with high ownership, clean decent blocks, and next block is also fine. jumping from a Block-by-block area to Fed Hill to canton is basically 70K to 250K and there are many houses in between, just get help from somebody who knows the city well.
