I have learned a lot from reading a lot of the BP books and listening to the podcasts but am fairly green in actually the leg work as until recently it wasn't really an option.

So I've been looking around for awhile and finally have located an out-of-state property that looks to be a great deal for my very first rental property purchase!

With rates so low for so long, unemployment rate so low for so long and gas prices so low for so long do you think we are finally at the top of the market?

I’ve listened to all the podcasts, read a lot of the books, but I’m a hands on person and would love to learn the ins and outs of analyzing deals, makIng offers, the whole process, or even just sit in and observe.
