Suggest going into a STEM field where a garanteed high paying/high demand job awaits. 

@Rajan Ch yes sir, I'm sweeping MLS for properties that already have legal ADUs, if you search specific keywords you can set up an automated search that only fields results using the word ADU. 

We have connections throughout central FL, and do know some professionals in different fields who can assist in small ways.

You would be unpleasantly surprised to know how few of these guys are really around (BTW, a surprising number of the very best in this field are women sculptors who work for a granite fabricator on the side to fund their artwork).I feel for you, Michael.

So yah I think this is the most dispiriting aspect of investing in what is otherwise a very exciting field.
