Can someone explain to me about buying a HUD Home for a $1.00, I saw that at the site but I can not find any explaination for it except that if a home is listed on the site for a certain amount of time HUD will sell if for a $1.00, thats about all I can find, of course I am sure its a home that is either to small or is in need of some serious TLC, but can someone care to eloborate please?

How about negotiating with the HOA for an exception to the rule?

IN Colorado when a home goes through the foreclosure auction all liens are wipes off except for a few like water and HOA.
